Individual Counseling and Psychotherapy

A collaborative, one-on-one treatment process, through which an individual works directly with a trained counselor or therapist to improve the quality of their life.

Individual psychotherapy and counseling focuses on removing complex emotional and mental barriers that interfere with the effective and productive uses of one's talents, abilities, and energiesthose which are so important in bringing meaning to life, especially as they involve relationships, vocations, goals, and ambitions.

Couple Counseling

Couples often benefit from working with a trained therapist either to improve or alleviate relationship distress or to prepare for the complexities of relationships/marriage (or both).

Some couples seek counseling to rectify problems in communication, relationship dissatisfaction, and distress; others may seek it out to soften the difficulties of the divorce process.
